We raise our laying hens from chicks feeding them only the best, and loving each one of them.  As they grow they have a large area to shelter from the weather and predators.  During nice days they roam about scratching about doing what chickens do.  We don't keep a large flock as we like to give them as much space as possible; plus, it helps us to know them individually.  They are not injected or fed any hormones for growth.  We feel that by feeding them a good mix of what they love, they grow exactly as they are supposed to.

*It is because of the small size of the flock that eggs are limited in quantity, so they may not always be in stock.
